Security image of a bar fight unknown location on September 11, 2019 at about 9:44 p.m. (if security date/time stamp is correct).
The value of the video is in studying how unexpectedly a sucker punch can be delivered. Once the fight escalates, it is very important to protect your head and exit the scene to avoid serious injuries.
If a blow to the head doesn’t kill you, it could cause a disability. A Traumatic Brain Injury could also be connected to development of Alzheimer’s disease or another dementia years after the original head injury.
If you can’t immediately exit this type of scene, it is very important to protect your head with your forearms and hands, and possibly get near a wall to help prevent getting struck at the back of the head by surprise attack.
Notice how the offender in the second sucker punch momentarily leaves the area, returns to the victim, and punches without delay from a hidden fist position.
Actions by multiple offenders are entirely unpredictable and unexpected. It is best to be prepared by expecting the unexpected.
