Amateur video emerged on Tuesday appearing to show Tripoli residents celebrating what they thought was Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi’s flight from Libya, days after the protests started.
Fireworks, random shooting, chanting, open burning, damage to property and running in the streets after opponents of Gadhafi’s regime believed he had left the country.
