Flight 188 from Pittsburgh to Paris was grounded on Thursday after a passenger started acting “unruly.” A male passenger started acting “unruly” on the aircraft after the plane departed Pittsburgh about 6:15 p.m. The plane was diverted to an airport in St. Johns, New Foundland, and eventually arrived in Paris four hours behind schedule.
The man was removed from the plane and taken into custody of local authorities, and then released when he was sober, according to police.
